You can download and print our employee application by cicking the down arrow below. Personally turn in your filled out application to our cashier. You can also pick up an application to fill out in house. You will receive a phone call from our hiring manager to set up an interview. What can you expect in an interview with NCSB?
Employment is a two-way street! We want to make sure we feel you are a good fit for NCSB, but we also want to make sure NCSB is a good fit for you! We want to know all about you and we want to tell you all about us!
What can you expect when you start working with us at NCSB?
We require all employees to have knowledge and understand the backbone of our work environment. Initial positions typically start training in our dish room or buffet with our experienced lead employees. Typical training hours offer 10-25 hours per week; weeknights and weekends are usually required.
What kind of opportunities does working at NCSB offer?
We have several different positions and we encourage you to learn as many as you can! Hours scheduled are based on employee’s strength, attitude, availability, willingness and ability. We offer team member meal discounts and 401K benefits to qualifying employees.
